Abstract


Objective 6 April 2009 officially released \, the time , heavy task . The equalization of basic public health services is a new concept , experts, scholars little research . In this study, to understand the overall national principles and policies under the premise of the equalization of basic public health services to explore theoretical issues , and make it a more systematic analysis ; while according to the actual province , to analyze the equalization of basic public health services face the main problem , combined with theoretical analysis and impact factors of proposed development countermeasures for Fujian province in recent years, the equalization of basic public health services, the promotion and implementation of providing comments and suggestions. Methodology This study used standardized analysis and empirical analysis , theoretical research and practical method of combining survey . Information mainly through literature research and field surveys , literature including the Chinese government officially promulgated policy documents, reports , books, and professional CNKI,维普, Articles , Medline and other relevant journals indexed database . Research methods including field surveys and interviews . Data is mainly used principal component analysis SPSS15.0 for entry and analysis applications . Results The results showed that : the province equalization of basic public health services is still in its infancy, there are many problems to be solved . Including: basic public health services overall lack of investment , financing structure is irrational ; heavy medical services , light public health ; nine municipalities and districts , urban and rural development and strata as well as the unequal development between public health services are not equal . Discussion and suggestions to promote the equalization of basic public health services is a complex project , to be gradual. To improve public health services equalization thinking and understanding of the premise, the Government to strengthen public health inputs, and provide the appropriate institutional guarantee and policy support , improve basic public health services operations and oversight mechanisms for the municipalities and districts of our province to strengthen the weak links in the construction and gradually promote the equalization of public health services in the province 's implementation.
