The rapid development of high-speed railway is not only a complete China’s railway network, is in line with the practical requirements of passenger demand, can effectively alleviate the traffic pressure. High-speed railway grew greatly in recent years, whether it is in new technology, or in terms of speed and security, have made great achievements. The high-speed railway construction in the co-operation of multiple participations, and more than one professional cross, through the complex engineering of the construction phase, there are a lot of interface problems.High-speed rail interface management has a very important influence on the project construction is directly related to the high-speed railway construction quality and operational safety. The interface management is introduced to the field of high-speed railway construction, systematically expounded the concept, characteristics and classification of high-speed railway project interface, the influencing factors of the high-speed rail interface causes of Interface Management. From the Engineering Interface management organization, processes, systems and target several aspects of high-speed rail interface management system introduction.In this paper, High Speed Rail interface is divided into three types, namely, organizational interfaces, professional interface and process interface. According to each type of interface causes and nature, were developed a different interface management measures. From the optimization of organizational structure, the coordination of the goals of all parties to strengthen the culture to the implementation of the organization and management of information management and shaping the project; total figure by drawing system interface, the interface identification table, interface management control table and interface status is shown in Figure charting tools to enhance professional management of the interface; interface requirements analysis, interface management planning and implementation process to strengthen the interface construction process control interface management.
