Abstract:With the development of high-speed railway in the remote mountainous area in our country, in order to adapt to the change of terrain, it is unavoidable to build high embankment which is more than8metres. As coarse-grained soil is widely used in the high speed railway subgrade engineering in recent years, the research of its key technology has been catching more and more attention.Relying on the research topic---" key technology investigation of high speed railway subgrade in difficult mountainous area "in the Shanghai-Kunming passenger dedicated line, combining with theoretical research, laboratory test and field test, this thesis took up research on high fill subgrade coarse particle filler in Zhijiang north station of Hunan section of Shanghai-Kunming passenger dedicated line, regarding to some practical problems of filler such as selection criteria fuzziness, lack of intensive study on compaction and compression characteristics, construction technology and test method of continuous compaction quality with little experience. Main results were as follows:(1)Through combining with the characteristics of high fill subgrade of high-speed railway, this thesis analyzed the physical and mechanical indexes of filling and test of mineral composition. A method of high fill subgrade filler selection.of high speed railway was put forward, focusing on the long-term stability of the roadbed.(2) By using different methods of compaction to run compaction test of coarse grained soil and analyzing different compaction method result, surface vibrating compaction characteristic of the coarse grained soil was figured out. At the same time, this article proposed the maximum dry density of coarse grain filling test method of high fill subgrade of high-speed railway.(3) Through running24sets of surface vibration compaction test of coarse particulate fillers on the Shanghai-Kunming passenger dedicated line high fill embankment and comparative analysis of experimental results, studying the main factors that can affect the impact of coarse soil, this article got the way how these factors affected the compaction of coarse particulate fillers and focused on the analysis of the effect of particle composition on coarse particulate filler dry density with fractal theory.(4) Combining with prediction theory of neural network, this article analyzed and validated the feasibility of using BP neural network to predict the dry density of coarse-grained soil, with the test results of compaction characteristics.(5) Through running long-term uniaxial compression test of the coarse grain filling and analyzing the different compaction condition, different water content and different particles impact on long-term deformation of coarse grained soil, this article obtain the compression deformation of high embankment.(6)Through running continuous compaction quality testing in the subgrade section and analyzing of traditional compaction detection index and continuous compaction quality test index CMV contrastively, this article concludes that there is correlation between the two index, which provides the basis to improve the compaction quality evaluation system for our country.(7) Through collectting the compactor data of THC36high-speed hydraulic compactor in the engineering field and comparative analysis of the degree of compaction of subgrade compaction before and after the change, this article obtained the technological parameter of hydraulic high-speed compaction and verified the compaction effect of hydraulic high-speed compaction.
