Abstract


The construction of excellent-quality course is an important component of the Ministry of education of China quality project. After several years of effort, from quantity to quality, the construction of excellent-quality course has made great achievements and as well, the course from disciplines to regional distribution reflects the high level. Gradually formed a course hierarchy, it is consists of three ranks, national rank, provincial rank and field rank. Through analyzing the present situation of educational resources of constructing and sharing domestic and foreign and the development situation of excellent-quality course platform, writer developed a construction and management platform of the excellent-quality. The platform not only can be beneficial to share the course resources, but also can promote the construction and management of excellent-quality courses.The platform has several modules and features to make users can join in the construction of excellent-quality course. There are four modules, manage backstage, display the resources of excellent-quality, construct the website of courses and manage the websites. Otherwise, the platform also provides the JMail and FTP uploading features. In order to prevent the hacking, it is brought into the precautionary measure for SQL injection. This paper introduces the each module above via the requirement analysis of platform users.The platform has convenient uploading solution for excellent-quality course. There are many kinds of excellent-quality course to display on website. It also implements the resource sharing and unceasingly expands Its Influence in university field. Through using the tool kits on platform, it reduces time and technical requirements of teachers, so they can easily join and make an excellent-quality course. Otherwise, teachers or users could get the information and experience from others on platform as well. The platform would be able to manage all the resources on a consolidated basis. Take the website monitoring mechanism to monitor the connection and usage status of each resource. The platform includes all demands of university-level excellent-quality course, easy use and strong applicability. Otherwise, all features and functions can be managed by the system and platform administrators.
