Abstract


In recent years, as China’s economic development, urban population densities continue to increase, in urgent need of an automatic fare collection system (AFC) to ease passenger flow,The gate machine is one of the most critical equipment in AFC system,It uses advanced human identification technology and automation technology to manage and regulate the pedestrian traffic in and out, ensure passengers free access, stop no ticket passengers in and out and is considered to be crucial to improve the speed of passenger transport.From the viewpoint of engineering application, this paper in-depth analysis and research of technology of existing brake machine, and has designed a set of door control system (automatic ticket machine).The system is mainly divided into two parts, namely traffic identification module and door control module, the paper expounds on the concrete design scheme and realization method of the system from the human body recognition technology, design of sensor, servo control, communication protocol and software and hardware and so on. In Traffic identification module, the paper analyzes the traffic identification algorithmthe of the system, channel sensor selection and related circuit design as well as the position sensor arrangement; Door control module mainly includes the main control unit design, channel sensor information acquisition circuit design, motor control, CANopen communication design, the encoder signal acquisition circuit, power supply circuit design and other modules, the software design of system mainly includes traffic identification algorithm and door control algorithm.This paper combines the gait recognition and human body recognition algorithm of traffic identification algorithms to monitor and judge the gate channel traffic state, further improve the recognition accuracy. In addition, it adopts advanced CANopen motor control protocol control door body corresponding to open and close action, and has designed a set of perfect speed curve of the door, to guarantee the safe passage of pedestrians when pedestrians lawfully access.Finally, through sets up the brake machine experiment platform, makes a series of tests on the brake machine communication circuit and traffic identification experiment, the experimental results shows that the system can satisfy the design requirements.
