Abstract


The area of Inner Mongolia lies across the northeast, north, and northwest area, which ischaracterized by cold, drought, complex geological disasters, and short construction season.In highway construction, special technology and special construction environment putforward new requirements to the valuation basis.In order to meet the requirement of the fast development of valuation based ondemands of the autonomous’ region highway construction according to the characteristics ofAlashan area construction environment and the current highway construction technologyand equipment, as well as the science and technology level, the investigation is based on theapplication status of production and management from Inner Mongolia section ofBayanhaote-Yinchuan Expressway. The assay puts forward producers understanding andevaluation of the labor intensity and labor productivity, and is familiar with the price level,relevant technical and economic policies. It also determines the rating level, and materialconsumption quota which reflects the practical production management level of the InnerMongolia Autonomous Region highway engineering. The relevant database is establishedon the base of construction quota budget supplementary quota, which accumulates all kindsof information and data reflecting the actual production of the highway industry. Provideguidance to determine the bid price of highway construction project in the Inner MongoliaAutonomous Region economic and technical index of highway engineering bidding.Themain contents are as follows:(1) With the implementation of the thesis, the methods of highway engineeringsupplement and determination quota investigation is summarized, the implementation steps ofmeasurement and investigation is summed up, commonly used methods of quota form fillingare described in detail, and the work flow of the supplementary quota is improved.(2) During the preparation of this thesis, the principle of error in the Grab J criterion isusd for discarding the false and retaining the true when collecting a large number of originaldata. The bad data is well-identified, which provides the necessary conditions for the preparation of rigorous, reliable quota.(3) The basic principle of fixed amplitude difference coefficient formation has beenfamiliared with and analyzed. The construction time consumption caused by secondary timeconsumption expansion coefficient α, comprehensive process to expand the time consumptionexpansion coefficient β, the formation of two expansion coefficient γ are introduced, whichare compared with the current ministry quota amplitude.(4) With the current observation, investigation and data processing analysis form,additional quota achievement, sub-grade pavement, bridge, protection engineering and trafficengineering and facilities quota data for the Inner Mongolia section of Bayanhaote-YinchuanExpressway are formed.
