This paper summarizes the results of previous studies on the basis of Marxist historical materialism as a guide , with the history of literature , the use of social control methods through soft means of control the Western Han morality , public opinion , customs three comprehensive studies , trying to reveal the Western Han Dynasty government ethics, public opinion , custom soft control rationality ultimately clarify the role of the Western Han Dynasty government history of soft social control . Sociology is a departure from the community as a whole to study the social structure , function , social relations and social behavior occurs, the law of development of integrated disciplines .
