Abstract


The scientific concept of development , the inheritance and development of the Marxist concept of development , it adhere to the basic principle of Marxist dialectical materialism and historical materialism . The scientific concept of development in all areas of social life have guiding significance for cultural development is no exception . Huzhu Tu Autonomous the only Tu Autonomous County in China , the typical Turkish culture . In this paper, four sub- dress culture of the Turkish culture , etiquette and cultural folk heritage and culture , and festivals and cultural aspects. This paper tries to the theory of scientific development concept as a guide , and strive to make a useful exploration in modern Turkish culture . The concept of modernity from the extension of modernity undoubtedly related to the modern sense of time is closely related connotation , can be divided into two aspects of the external social structure and internal cultural psychology . Contrast, from the vertical angle of the time of the change of the Turkish culture and summarize the content and form of the modern Tu performance culture ; horizontal angle from the economic and social analysis of the Turkish cultural modernity , pay special attention to the Turkish culture status and characteristics . On this basis , a few suggestions: force the Turkish culture into the process of world culture , protection and development of the Turkish cultural heritage and resources , the development of the Turkish folk culture tourism , growth of Turkish folk culture industry on the development of the Turkish culture and innovation development of the Turkish cultural and creative industries to address the protection of the Turkish traditional cultural contradictions of the original individual income and the proper treatment of the Turkish cultural inheritance and innovation contradiction .
