China’s real estate industry after 30 years of vigorous development, has become an important part of the national economy. But with the market competition becomes more intensified, gradually into the housing industry meticulous management, normalizing profit status. At the same time, by the weak international economic environment, the state’s macro control policies one after another, most of the real estate business not only faced with enormous competition on the market, but also in project development in the face from holding land, financing, planning, design, cost control and many other risks. As a capital-intensive, long development cycle, high-risk real estate industry and the environment against the background of how to achieve an efficient project development objectives, effective risk management, and encourage enterprises to develop into a stable and long-term interest of many real estate companies and research important issue.The main contents of this paper to project risk management process and the theoretical basis of various analytical methods, we will go home on the knowledge to the actual project officer in Hong Kong. The project risk identification, analysis, evaluation and control, using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods, risk analysis, the effective evaluation of project implementation process and the importance of risk factors influence, and real estate development projects in accordance with sub-links stage project risk prevention and response methods to ensure the project within the program can be successfully completed in accordance with the desired objectives. The research of this project will give important lessons to other real estate companies for the establishment of project control systems and risk prevention, early identification of project risks, analyzation and evaluation of the risk and the ways to take effective measures to deal with and monitor the risk management.
