Abstract


The continuous development of world economy leads the need for oil and gas resourcesto each country. Onshore oil and gas resources that exhaust gradually lead each country to payattention to the ocean."HYSY201" is the first deep water pipelaying vessel in the world with pipelayingcapacity of3000meters underwater,4000-ton lift capability and Electric Propulsion DP-3system. By using virtual reality technology to construct visual simulation system of marinepipelaying-lifting operation, it can achieve the goal of program preview, personnel training,saving money, reducing the risk of real ship training and improving the operational efficiency.This paper involves863-national major projects on "Visual Simulation System ofDeepwater Pipelay Crane Vessel". Offshore operation contains high technical difficulty andcomplexity. From software development and hardware architecture in two aspects, this paperelaborates the construction of Visual Simulation System of Deepwater Pipelay Crane Vessel,and researchs on data transmission of each module of simulation system, including datatransmission of Eon Studio and VC, Quest3D and VS2005, between VS2005and Labview;basing on the actual process data it develop lifting integrated software interface of simulationsystem, development includes lifting main interface, emergency system and real-timemonitoring system, through the related technology of VC it completes the interactionsbetween integration interface and modules, These technologies include TCP/IP model, socket,dynamic link library and HOOK technology; it analysis of pipelaying theory, process ofpipelaying operation and static-dynamic mathematical model, it researchs softwaretechnology (including pipeline data transmission and pipelaying operation simulation datastream), DP dynamic positioning (including DP coordinate system and DP software system);according to the need of pipelaying simulation operation, use Labview develops tensionersoftware interface, use Labview software technology (including data control synchronizationand display, ActiveX technology in the Labview application, Labview and Quest3D dataflowing, Labview and Eon Studio data flowing and the tab control use), build the system oftensioner hardware control and analysis of the NI data acquisition card.For satisfing the design requirement, simulation system needs to reach the real result of ship visual simulation. Engineer compare the theoretical result of simulation process withactual operation requirement, rehearsal actual operation process, thereby establish areasonable operation scheme for offshore operation.
