Abstract


As one of the main equipments in the new walling production lines, automatic setting machine has been applied widely with the development of new walling manufacturing equipments in China. The automatic setting machine can decrease the labor costs of brickyards significantly and improve the product qualities, so more and more attention has been paid to it. In order to meet the needs of setting accuracy and stability for the autoclaved brick production line, a new automatic setting machine with high precision has been designed in this dissertation.As the automatic setting machine consists of mechanical parts, electrical parts, hydraulic parts and pneumatic parts, it is a typically mechatronic product. In order to improve the working performance, we firstly designed the five motion parts respectively by comparison and looked for the preferred plans. Secondly ANSYS and MATLAB were employed to analyze, compute and optimize all the key parts of the automatic setting machine to ensure the accuracy of the design plans:To ensure the working stability of the frame of the setting machine, it has been analyzed by finite element software ANSYS, including static analyses, dynamic analyses and structural optimizations; Also the MATLAB was employed to do the linear regression of the AC servo motor control system to ensure the accuracy of horizontal positioning; MATLAB/Simulink was selected to build the model of the electric-hydraulic proportional control system, which was followed by the analysis and optimization of the model to realize the rapidity and accuracy of the lifting motion. Finally the hardware and software of the master control system was designed and the application of MCGS touch screen enables a friendly and easy manipulation of the setting machine.The debugging results in the field demonstrates that the automatic setting machine has a high working performance with horizontal and vertical positioning errors less than1mm and5mm, respectively. In conclusion, the design of this automatic setting machine is proven rational.
