Abstract


Current energy production and consumption in China’s economic developmentunder the trend of present more and more contradictions. Especially with thecontinuous improvement of people’s living standard, people for living comfortrequirements are constantly improve, China’s total energy consumption will increase,the sharp rise trend. Since the1980’s in China began to implement building energyefficiency. The heat metering is an important part of the construction ofenergy-saving work. Especially the arrival of the environment, to respond to climatechange heat metering in building energy efficiency has become a must introduce thedirect approach of energy-saving benefit, must want to obtain."Twelfth Five-yearPlan " trend heat metering in our country will become the top priority of the heatingregion of northern China Existing Building Energy Saving.This article is based on building the total heat consumption for themeasurement nodes to building users to share the room temperature and size of thetotal heat consumption architectural ideas and the establishment of a method ofheating heat metering. In order to construct the thermal measurement method, thispaper analyzes the heating and heating systems, building and building energyconsumption characteristics and composition of the user. Through theoreticalderivation and analysis, the establishment of a mathematical model of the indoortemperature area heat metering method based on building heat loss index.And then through the computer software to establish heating architecturalmodels, obtaining the building and building within users in different indoor andoutdoor temperature under the heat consumption data. After analysis of the data, themodel is established based on model of the indoor temperature area heat meteringmethod based on building heat loss index, and the thermal measurement model wassimplified.Thirdly, based on "unified regulation, autonomous regulation and split chargingand prevent stealing hot" principle, designed the building heat loss index-basedindoor temperature area of heat metering charges detection management system.And design the system diagram of the system and equipment of the system shouldmeet the technical index and design characteristics.Finally, Heat metering experiments were carried out using the heat meteringmethod of user of a thermal measurement of Changchun City test area2building.And experimental data obtained by analysis of the thermal measurement method inthe practical application of. At the same time introduced the charge for heat metering method in measuring sharing application situation.
