Abstract


At present the northern heating areas are developing energy saving in existingbuildings and achieved good effect, but there are still some defects, such as unreasonablecharge, higher transformation cost. The new method is based on the temperature, Ifchanging the present directly measuring heat method to directly measuring room method,the above disadvantages can effectively be solved. It makes household heat meteringcharges more reasonable and the transformation cost lower.First, according to heat balance principle to establish a total internal heat sourceequation, then getting the equations of direct calculation method and "temperature product"method in mathematical conversions. I actual measures the heat transfer area, window size,wall thickness and so on, and analyses the integrated heat transfer coefficient, and drawsthe accurate results. The room temperature measuring device is analyzed in measurementaccuracy, economy and riding position, and then to select wireless indoor and outdoorthermometer to measure the room temperature. Finally calculating the thermal heatdissipation of radiators depend on the room temperature, the first calculation results aregreater error compared with the measured value, after adding external wall radiation heatdissipating capacity and optimizing the mathematical model， so the maximum relativeerror is only3.6%, and the calculation results meet the requirements.Through to discuss the household heat metering method based on room temperature,and Taking the residential building of hebei3district in Tangshan city as an example, Icalculates the users’ actual heat consuming depend on the room temperature method, andthen contrasting with the measured value and proving its correctness. Which lays thefoundation to establish the whole household heat metering heating system based on roomtemperature.
