Abstract


The intelligent building automation system, which act as building equipment control and automation, etc makes our building intelligent level get a big progress. But the traditional BA system, especially, used in the small-medium size system have gaps:1.complex system installation.2.need to cooperate with high voltage equipment installation and field programming.3.system operation is complicated and hard. According to the investigation analysis data report, until the later2009in china, the rate of installing BA System is less than20%.furthermore, there are part of BA system that was abandoned in this20%proportion.Based on the market analysis, It can be concluded that the marketing space of intelligent building control system is very huge."we should develop what type of intelligent building automation system? to what object level? that could fill current market gap." is a big subject.The article’s author is doing the project about the development of intelligent building automation system and now have finished the basic system. In order to make clear the product position in the market and technical characteristics, business promotion and cooperation method. Research is concentrated on the field of technical development, market promotion, resource technical roadmap.Roadmapping can effectively support the strategy and planning, to solve the problem above. But roadmapping have some problem of start and keeping "dynamic". The T-Plan approach is designed to overcome these problems, therefore, the article will base on T-Plan roadmapping method and refer to building equipment industry rules that is written in the china12th5year plan. First of all, establishing expert team, discuss programs and doing Brainstorm at a regular time. Then, using SWOT methods to analyze industrial vision, competitiveness and finishing setting the research target and patent position. Finally, doing the building automation system roadmap which will include product, technology, market. It will be a reference for the product patent in the future and P company’s long-term development strategy.
