Abstract


Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology of current era of knowledge economy, multi project collaborative communication became more difficulty in order toconsider more factors and characteristics such as more sub-systems and staff of the construction projects, more external factors and long invest cycle, etc. Therefore, cooperative communication management gradually becomes a hot topic of research.The supporting technology of communication management had been in progress, and themanagement and academic research on communication management had been halted. It isgenerally believed that the current research of communication management has not formedthe whole body and deep system of knowledge structure and is still at the primary stage.Related theory and monographs of communication management couldn’t keep up the changesin the actual communication with the development of network information technologies.This thesis took the A group as the research object, and did a series of researches onhow to use multi project collaborative management of communication theory and practice inthe A group. The research work of this thesis is mainly reflected in the following four aspects.First, the multi project collaborative communication management factors were analysis,and a new multi project collaborative communication management model was put forward.Based on this model, the multi project collaborative management mechanism of communication are explained and clarified.Second, for the important organization coordination modules, an improved process oriented organization model was established which combined with multi-project collaborative and the goals of the enterprise organizational communication management requirements. This organization model seamless connects the organizational strategy, multi project collaborative andcommunication management by introduction of the PMC (Project ManagementCommittee) and PMO(Project Management Office).Third, for the problem of multi-project resource cooperating allocation, the key chain algorithm was introduced to optimize multi-project resource cooperating allocation which wasdiffer from the traditional critical path method. This key chain algorithm can effectively solveresource conflict of multi-project resource cooperating allocation and is beneficial to the impl ementation of the project goals.Fourth, the author proposed effective and specific improve measures of buildinginformation management platform and enterprise project unified communications platform inorder to realize the sharing of knowledge and resources. Combined with the communicationcontents, communication objects, communication modes and communication spaces etc., theeffective and specific organizational communication strategies were provided which has acertain practical. These multi project collaborative communication management measures canimprove the operation efficiency, reduce the communication cost and enhance the corecompetitiveness of enterprises.The study of Organizational communication management just started in China. Theauthor analyzed multi project collaborative problems in the A group and proposed detailedmodel, algorithm and improve measures of multi project collaborative communicationmanagement. They also have important practical and guiding significance to improveorganizational efficiency and competitiveness of other enterprises.
