Abstract


Along with the development of society and economy, the demand of the quality andpersonalized of the house for people is higher and higher, and the decorated house is theeffective way to upgrade the product and win the market. Usually fine decoration designmakes some personalized design which is based on the original rough house, while theresidential industrialization focuses on the refinement of the combination of the residentialand interior design, so that it can make the integration of the civil engineering, interiordesign, construction, and completing interior design in the main structure design. What’smore, it advocates the use of the separating system of the interior and the main structure.Integral kitchen and toilet are two important parts of the house decoration and theyare two parts of which the integration level is the highest. Therefore, this study decided tostart from this angle. Traditional kitchen and toilet decoration which before living in causelots of inconvenience to the user, not only let them busy between construction site andbuilding materials market, but also make the construction period and quality controldifficult to grasp. From the beginning of the investigation which can find the problem ofeach link to the analysis of these data, it tries to explore the industrialized application ofintegral kitchen and toilet under the present house. Through the research of the modernliving patterns and behaviors as well as combing with the analysis of present situation, wecan get the corresponding design strategy, the integration design. For the construction, ittries to put forward the feasible solution by analyzing the problems of traditionalconstruction after researching the current situation. At the same time, it changes thesituation of mismatching of the component between present kitchen and toilet.These steps of analysis concluded the advantages of integral kitchen and toilet underthe industrialized system of residential decoration, which also demonstrates itsdevelopment trend has some theoretical and realistic basis. The integral kitchen and toiletunder the industrialization of decoration are the results of the cooperation of design, thecombination of the exploitation, production of the component, construction and the scientific research units. Only in this way can we make its future development more clearin China.
