Abstract


Driven by the automotive industry , our gear manufacturing industry is showing a trend of sustained high growth . But still significant gaps with the international advanced level : extremely uneven gear enterprise development , production concentration is low ; less product variety, low technical content and quality of instability ; overall level of information technology and modern management . In this case , it is necessary to increase the level of competition in the domestic gear enterprises , as a production industry organization system and way of lean production is one of the best ways . Lean Production is now the pinnacle of the industry , it is to establish a number of basic conditions . A high degree of factory automation , just-in-time production methods , multi-skilled generalist \ranks , must step-by-step implementation of the reforms . The top priority at this stage is to significantly improve production efficiency , to meet the market demand , to avoid now out of the market . The easiest and most effective way is to change the mode of production to the linear production and implemented in accordance with the principles of lean production \enterprises to lay a good foundation for further reform of lean production . Paper is divided into six chapters: Chapter topics presented , a brief look at the issues raised background ; Chapter II advanced manufacturing theory , introduced CIMS, agile manufacturing , concurrent engineering and lean manufacturing ; Chapter enterprise status and analysis , we conducted a simple survey of enterprises , including corporate overview , corporate organizational structure chart, enterprise planning system flowchart the enterprise gear manufacturing process and the analysis of the corporate status quo ; Chapter gear technology grouping , grouping based on group technology gear for production line design the production object ; implementation of the fifth chapter of the design of the production line , in accordance with the method of pipeline design , each pipeline detailed design , planning layout and preparation of work instructions chart ; the sixth chapter Lean production enterprises conditions, a brief introduction of lean production in the smooth implementation of the enterprise 's internal conditions , to lay the foundation for the enterprise to lean production forward in the future .
