Abstract


In recent years,with the accelerated pace of China’s urbanization, water consumption of drinkingwater、 industrial water and irrigation water is increasing, and also to ease the conflicts of regional waterscarcity and lack of water, long-distance, inter-basin water transfer projects increase gradually.Waterhammer accidents especially water hammer of Cavities Collapsing caused by pipeline system securitythreat,for the past few years, it takes more and more people’s attention.In this paper,we analysis diffent forms of pipeline cutoff characteristics and molds,sutdy the centralcutout cavity formation, development and variation,discusse the factors of Water hammer of cavitiescollapsing mechanism and affecting under different forms.Come to a conclusion that the relative velocity ofthe bridge water column is an important factor to impact the water hammer boost.Pipe exhaust play an important role at the long run of pipe system.and the to instructive. It is veryuseful to select the appropriate exhaust valve throughout analysis the source and portion of the gas pipe,also the two-phase flow theory.Different ways of exhaust methods have their own advantages anddisadvantages, comprehensive comparison and selection of the most effective ways to significantly reducethe water hammer boost, making the accident pipe pressure does not exceed the value of the pipe boost.By engineering examples using electric algorithms under different exhaust water hammer boostCavities Collapsing numerical analysis, analysis of the drying chamber gas’s buffer clipping functionduring the water column to bridge.verify the effectiveness of buffer constant exhaust valve,Studied useingthe buffer constant exhaust valve to reduce water hammer boost bridging principles.At the last,givingsuggestions on how to prevent pipeline water hammer of Cavities Collapsing.Surge tank in the waterhammer protection is recognized as the best choice, box-type two-way surge tank can reduce installationheight,at the same tian ensure that the effect of water hammer protection.The effect is obvious when it isused in conjunction with the buffer constant exhaust valve.Under the combined action of bothwater,hammer boost will be smoothly, controllable,could achieve the desired water hammer protectionpurposes which measures should be introduced.
