Abstract


In this work, Polysilicate Aluminium Ferric Flocculant(PSAF) was prepared byco-polymerization,in order to contrast conventional coagulation and PSAF,this theses docoagulation mixing experiments using laboratory water and source water. Explore thevariety of factors impact on the PSAF. in order to research the form of metal ions and itsquantitative this thesis use Al-Fe-Ferron complexation color reaction. To explore thepattern of the Si in the PSAF coagulation and its change as the aging time extensionthrough Si-Mo color reaction. Continuous alkali titration experiments to observe thehydrolysis of metal ions-aggregation-precipitation reaction.This thesis mainly conductsthe following areas.The preparation of poly-silicate melt salt coagulation includes the formation ofpoly-silicic acid and PSAF,PSF,PASS coagulation.through factors analysis about threepoly-silicate melt salt coagulations find the best coagulation conditions. And do thecomparison test between the coagulation,compare the pros and cons. Experimental studyof four coagulations floc growth and floc fragmentation by laser particle size analyzer,indirectly reflect the pros and cons of the algaecide aspects.the results show that thePSAF coagulation in the coagulation performance is superior of the PASS, the PSF, thePAC coagulation.The study results show that temperature, coagulant pH, aging time, the proportion ofmetal ions,The ratio of metal ions and silicic acid have a great impact on PSAFcoagulation nature. in order to research the form of metal ions and its quantitative thisthesis use Al-Fe-Ferron complexation color reaction. To explore the pattern of the Si inthe PSAF coagulation and its change as the aging time extension through Si-Mo colorreaction. Continuous alkali titration experiments to observe the hydrolysis of metalions-aggregation-precipitation reaction. In the coagulation the polysilicate and the metalions are not simply mechanical mixing but turn out chemical reaction generate a largenumber of low polymerization degree, medium polymerization degree and highpolymerization degree substance. These different degree of polymerization material playsan important role in the coagulation process. Give full play to the charge neutralizationand adsorption bridging and due to the formation of precipitation generates volumesweep capability.Through comparison test a similar treatment effect that the PSAF coagulationdosage was0.375mmol/L, while the PASS, PSF and PAC amount were0.56mmol/L,1.02mmol/L,0.60mmol/L.However PSAF coagulation can save over50 days.Experimental results show that add0.375mmol/L PSAF coagulation the algae andturbidity removal efficiency can reach95.87%and93.45%. UV254, ammonia nitrogen,orthophosphate, CODMnremoval efficiency can reach49.56%,37.56%,78.00%,78.83%.Reduce considerable burden for the subsequent water treatment equipments. Therefore,studies have shown that the PSAF coagulation for the treatment of Daqing high-algaewater are safety, efficient and have good prospects.
