Abstract

As is well-known to us, the development of enterprise is a cyclical process, but in the course of competition, an important way to achieve profitability that is to achieve progress during industrial development and innovation. The development of any enterprise is not only a simple process about inputs and outputs, but to develop their own innovative. This is a key step to obtain profit of enterprises.The thesis is written under the current status of Chinese market economy. Industrial innovation is the powerful strengths of the development of enterprise. Its existing business model has failed to achieve the business purpose of the required. Development and market broadening has reached the bottleneck stage. Facing a grim problem of existence, the survival cases has unresolved, the expansion and development will be out of reach. So enterprise innovation is imperative. The main contents of this paper is on the implementation of industrial innovation strategy, business approach and strategy, and expose the innovative strategies systematic. Through targeted case studies. At the same time, it summaries industrial innovation strategy of new methods and means.In research methods, the whole thesis according to industry life cycle theory and the continuous innovation and discontinuous theory of industrial innovation discusses the model for industrial innovation. On the basis of theoretical research, the paper take reality enterprise as a case to summarize its strategy of industrial innovation routes.The main contents of this thesis are on technology innovation, industrial chain of innovation, marketing innovation, and other innovative models to analyze and explain the field.
