Precision agriculture (Precision Agriculture, referred to as PA) represents a newtrend in today’s world agricultural development. According to the IT support spatialvariability, location, timing, quantitative implementation of a set of modernagricultural technology management tools. Its basic meaning is based on cropgrowth, adjusting for crop inputs, on the one hand grasp the variability of farmlandsoil properties and productivity of space, on the other hand to determine cropproduction targets, a positioning system diagnostics, optimization formulations,technology assembly, scientific management to improve the productivity of the soil,or the most savings with minimal investment to achieve the same income or higherincomes, and improve the environment, efficient use of all types of agriculturalresources, economic and environmental benefits achieved.According to the principle of the control of variable rate fertilization,combining agriculture actual requirements in this paper, the key technologies of thecontrol system of variable rate fertilization were studied. On the analysis of theexisting control system of variable rate fertilization scheme, on the basis of thispaper is proposed based on the two MCU architecture of double CPU controlscheme of closed loop control system, the system receives an on-board computercontrol instruction and speed sensor feedback hydraulic motor speed information,according to the fertilization decision-making data precision control hydraulic motorspeed to achieve the purpose of the control of variable rate fertilization. Papers onclosed loop controller based on AT89S52single chip architecture and speedmeasuring system based on STC89C52microcontroller architecture has carried onthe thorough research; Based on the thorough analysis after comparing several kindsof control mechanism of variable rate fertilization scheme, determine the valvecontrol hydraulic motor control scheme, design a new type of variable solid fertilizerelectro-hydraulic device drivers; In order to more accurately control hydraulic motorspeed, better adapt to the requirements of the operation of variable rate fertilization,the system PID control strategy is introduced, and the PID control parameters setting; This article has carried on the system calibration experiment, indoor and outdoortests showed that this system has simple structure, convenient to operate, thefertilizer rate range, stable and reliable performance, high control precision, etc.Have a great promotion value. In addition, this system use for reference theexperience of domestic and foreign research, give priority to with independentdevelopment, lower cost, promote the implementation of the technology of variablerate fertilization, and popularization and application.
