Abstract


Throughout the development history of the reform and opening-up of China, the success of the "bring in" foreign capital led the country’s economic development, and gain advanced technology and management experience. But it needs to have the double strategy of "bring in" and" go out" as the backing for a mature economy. During July 15 to 16, on 2010, Agricultural Bank of China realized listing simultaneously in the A shares and H shares market successfully, collected Twenty-two billion and one hundred million dollars, and became the world’s largest IPO.Agricultural Bank of China, as the last listed state-owned (Holdings) commercial bank, its simultaneous listing in the two market marked the overall victory of Chinese state-owned (Holdings) commercial bank shareholding reforming. At the same time, the new listed shares of Agricultural Bank of China with the shares of ICBC, BOC, CCB and BCM which had listed previously, constitute a complete "state-owned listing banks plate" together. That marked the reformation and development of the state-owned commercial banks truly came into a new phase-namely "state-owned listing banks new era", and marked internationalization degree of China’s banking sector is greatly enhanced, and the will of participating in the global capital operation is increasing gradually. in a manner of speaking, China’s five financial giant aircraft carrier had set sail, has the strength to cruising international capital ocean.However, in recent years, on the effect of foreign direct investment by the other Chinese enterprises, the operation of foreign direct investment by our country is still in the initial stage. How to make a good use of the opportunity of the recovery and the evacuation of Japanese capital, in which way, at which countries or regions, on which enterprises foreign direct investment, what kind of policy the government should take to support and standardize the state-owned banks to "go out", and strive to enhance their strength and international competition ability, these are the problems that deserves research.This article is in view of the above problems, with the aid of mastered theoretical tools, conform to the financial globalization trend which is promoted by the financial liberalization, the progress of the information technology, stock financing, financial innovation and other factors of international banking, analyze the advantage and lack of foreign direct investment area of state-owned listed banks, and research its practical directions for investment.
