Abstract

Sweet potato plays an important role in our daily life as a very important grain crops. At the same time as the potential of biological energy plant resources, to solve the energy problem has played an important role in our country.Through the cultivation of virus-free, obtain virus-free seedling and cultivation measures under the main production efficiency and yield formation characteristics of sweet potato,in order to proven high starch of sweet potato high-yield cultivation technology.1.The concentration of plant growth hormone on MS+0.8mg/L6-BA+0.2mg/L NAA+0.05mg/L GA3rate up to52.5%;The selected stem tip materials with3leaf primordium rate up to78.0%; adopt a way cultivation rate up to85.0%at sweet potato stem tip meristem culture in the process.2.K fertilizer was beneficial to the improvement of the sweet potato production, there are differences between the different varieties and different plot. The test varieties yu13in the topdressing potassium sulphate compound fertilizer22kg to increase production18.7%;xu22, shang19in the topdressing potassium sulphate compound fertilizer28kg to increase production7.5%、4.0%.3. Spraying material can produce good effect the regulation of growth, promote root graces and combination of art in root phase of sweet potato. This test sweet potato85days after transplanting, spraying different concentrations of olefinic yu13in the spraying50mg/kg effect thiazole results show that the prepared potato yield increased by6.9%; xu22topdressing70mg/kg potato yield is increased by2.4%; shang19is reduceed. Starch from slow to rapid accumulation and balanced state.4.The influence of different harvest of sweet potato. This experiment through to the sweet potato yield and starch content determination of the two indicators to determine the sweet potato suitable harvest period.According to the changes of the sweet potato, potato piece weight and starch content And calculate the corresponding starch production, the best harvest period of yu13,xu22,shang19respectively is11.12,11.17,10.25.5.The influence of different storage period on the sweet potato. Sweet potato in respiration, the entire process of storage, plus a variety of diseases and pests, directly led to the decrease of the quality of sweet potato.Through this test on sweet potato yield, total starch content and amylase activity determination of the three indicators to determine the appropriate of sweet potato processing period.According to the sweet potato, potato piece weight and total amylase activity changes, since sweet potato storage time and the starch, the greater the loss,as in post-harvest processing soon as possible.Chooseing high starch content decomposition slow of resistant varieties of storage and storageing new technology on the production to prolong the storage period, year-round processing demand.
