Abstract


This paper studied the effects of molybdenum application, application quantity and application way on the growth and development, yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco by wide field comparative experiment at Zheng-an base of China Tobacco Guangxi Industrial Co., Ltd in2011to2012, and confirmed the best of molybdenum application technology in molybdenum deficiency tobacco area. The main findings are as follows:1. Study on the effect of molybdenum application on flue-cured tobacco seedling.Spraying molybdenum could promote the growth and development of Flue-cured tobacco at the seedling stage. It is good to cultivate strong seedling and promote yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco in the field. The effect is best to spraying molybdenum fertilizer diluted1000times in seedling stage.2. Effects of molybdenum application on the growth and development, yield and quality of flue-cured tobaccoSpraying molybdenum could promote the growth and development of tobacco in molybdenum deficiency soil. Spraying molybdenum fertilizer could influence the content of sugar and nicotine, increase the content of sugar and decrease the content of nicotine of tobacco leaves significantly. Molybdenum application could increase content of molybdenum and potassium significantly, improves chemical composition harmony of tobacco leaves. Molybdenum application could enhance the percentage of fine and middle grade tobacco and improve yield and output value of tobacco leaves, spraying molybdenum could improve the quantity of Neuter and acidic aroma compositions of central and upper tobacco leaves, improve the content of most aroma compositions and aroma index, aroma index A-valued and B-valued, improve the usability of tobacco leaves.3. Effect of different molybdenum application quantity on the growth and development, yield and quality of flue-cured tobaccoIn the watering conditions, molybdenum application quantity in40～80ml/strain is beneficial to the growth of plant height, stem girth, leaf, yield, output value and proportion of superior grade tobacco leaves are highest at molybdenum application quantity in80ml/plant. The effect of increasing the content of sugar and decreasing the content of nicotine, improving chemical composition harmony of tobacco leaves are most obvious in80mL/plant,40ml/plant take second place. Molybdenum application quantity in80mL/plant is benefit to improve the content of neuter and acidic aroma compositions and most aroma compositions, improve aroma index and aroma quality, reduce odor and irritation of tobacco leave than40mL/plant. Molybdenum application quantity should select40-80mL/plant in total.4. Effects of different molybdenum application way on the growth and development, yield and quality of flue-cured tobaccoMolybdenum application way of spring the resettle and flower budding stage, spraying and watering are beneficial to the growth and improve the content of the aroma components and aroma index B value. The effects of increasing the content of sugar and decreasing the content of nicotine of central and upper tobacco leaves, improving the content of molybdenum and chemical composition harmony, improving the yield and quality, aroma quality, aroma content of tobacco leave are best in the way of spraying and watering. The effect of watering on improving volatility and aftertaste of tobacco are best. It is the best molybdenum fertilizer application way by transplanting watering combined with budding foliage spraying in total.5. Through analyzing, we conclude that spraying molybdenum fertilizer diluted1000times in seedling stage, molybdenum application quantity should select40-80ml/plant, molybdenum fertilizer application way should select watering combined with budding foliage spraying, ring the resettle and flower budding stage is second.
