Abstract


Using potted method in order to research the effect of plant growth inhibitors of paclobutrazol(PP333)、chlormequat chloride (CCC)、kylar (B9) etc, and the active fertilizer, microbial fertilizer on E. urophylla xE.grandis seedlings’ growth, physiological and biochemical characteristics. The results show that:(1) Plant growth inhibitors of PP333, CCC and B9on E.urophylla xE.grandis seedlings’growth have the obvious inhibitory action.PP333, CCC and B9of some combination treatment on E.urophylla x E.grandis seedlings’height, ground diameter, primary branches, leaf area and biomass growth index have obvious inhibition. Among them, PP3332000mg·L-1+CCC1000mg·L-1+B91000mg·L-1combinations on E.urophylla=×E.grandi’ seedling’s height growth inhibitory effect is most significant, inhibition rate of97.71%. PP3332000mg·L-1+CCC4000mg·L-1+B92000mg·L-1combinations on E.urophylla xE.grandis seedlings’ ground diameter and biomass growth inhibition rates were80.83%and81.08%.(2) Plant growth inhibitors of PP333, CCC and B9on E.urophylla ×E.grandis seedlings’physiological metabolism have obvious effect.Some of PP333, CCC and B9combination treatment improve the E.urophylla×E.grandis of soluble sugar and soluble protein content, promoted peroxidase and the activity of nitrate reductase, reduced the root activity and leaf membrane permeability. PP333, CCC and B9of different combination treatment on photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate have inhibitory effect.(3) PP333on E.urophylla×E.grandis seedlings’ growth and physiological indices have significant influence, played a dominant role. CCC and B9played a secondary role. PP3331000mg·L-1+CCC2000mg·L-1+B-1000mg·L-1combination treatment have the best effect on E. urophylla×E.grandis seedlings’ growth inhibition.(4)Active fertilizer, microbial fertilizer combination of different treatment on E.urophylla×E.grandis seedlings’growth have apparent stimulative effect.Some of active fertilizer, microbial fertilizer combination treatment on E.urophylla×E.grandis seedlings’height, ground diameter, primary branches, leaf area and biomass growth indexes have apparent stimulative effect. The active fertilizer of60g plus microbial fertilizer of Og combination on E.urophylla×E.grandis seedlings’ height growth promoting effects of most significant, an increase of21.13%. The active fertilizer of15g plus microbial fertilizer of lOg and the active fertilizer of60g plus microbial fertilizer of Og combination on E.urophylla×E.grandis leaf area and biomass of stimulative effect is obvious, amplitude is amounted to respectively24.86%and15.39%. (5)Active fertilizer, microbial fertilizer combination of different treatment on the physiological metabolism of E.urophylla×E.grandis have obvious effect.Some of active fertilizer, microbial fertilizer combination treatment improves E.urophylla×E.grandis chlorophyll and soluble protein content, promote peroxidase activity and nitrate reductase activity, enhance the activity of the root system, reduce the soluble sugar content and membrane permeability of leaves. Active fertilizer, fertilizer combination of different treatment can effectively improve the E.urophylla×E.grandis’ photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance.(6) Between active fertilizer and microbial fertilizer, active fertilizer on E.urophylla×E.grandis seedlings’ growth and physiological indicators of significant effect, plays the leading role; microbial fertilizer played a secondary role. The active fertilizer of30g plus microbial fertilizer of10g combination promotes E.urophylla×E.grandis seedlings’growth effect is best, the active fertilizer of30g plus microbial fertilizer of Og and the active fertilizer of60g plus microbial fertilizer of Og combination on E.urophylla×E.grandis seedlings’ growth also have the good effect of promoting.
