Abstract


This paper systematically analyzes the ingredients asparagus stalks; explore the possible utilization of asparagus stalks; research the optimal conditions of silaging; compare the differences of nutrients before and after silaging. Feeding the sheep with the asparagus stalks and observing the result. The conclusions are as follows:1. From the measurement results of the ash, crude protein, vitamin C, flavonoids, polysaccharide, heavy metals and other chemical components of asparagus stalks sampled from Fuyang and Jinhua to make a conclusion that the pleace will affect the content. Fuyang’ asparagus are greenhouse cultivation, Jinhua are the open field. Thus, the nutrients of the greenhouse cultivation are better than the open field. The roadside greenhouse is easily contaminated. Therefore, it is better to choice the stalks without pollution.2. The results showed that the isoelectric point of the asparagus leaf protein is near pH4.3. The protein content of the leaf stem is2to3times higher than the main stem. It is better to choice the stems and leaves to improve efficiency.3. Research on the Antimicrobial of flavonoids extracts showed it has inhibitory effect on Pythium and Rhizoctonia solani, little effect on Anthrax bacteria, Strawberry Fusarium oxysporum and Rhizoctonia solani.4. From the result of fermentation, it is better to keep the moisture content closing to60%, pH approaching to4.2and keep a better tightness5. The quality of the asparagus stalks has been improved after fermentation. The lactic acid bacteria are the best because of the lower pH, ratio of NH3-N/TN and higher content of lactic acid, further more it can obtain more economic profit.6. After feeding sheep by asparagus feed, the result shows that CK weight gain44.68%, sample1weight gain53.06%, sample2weight gain58.97%. Feeding by asparagus silage has more economic benefits.
