Abstract


Objective:Through exploring the value' dissertation">core value TCM medical cases, to find a instructive theory for TCM medical cases writing, reading and searching, which is benefit to realize the value and functions of TCM cases as a scientific paper for experience recording and scholarly communication.Methods:By documentary analysis, studing the history of TCM medical cases to find out problems, main value and the way to realize it. As TCM medical cases are recordings of medical practice, it is necessary to explore both the nature of medical practice and the nature of papers, in order to establish the core value TCM medical cases.Results:Core value is the most important, basic and lasting useful properties. TCM medical cases possess both, the nature of medical practice and the nature of papers. Among them, the nature of medical practice plays the cores role, the nature of papers is form of medical practice’s news. The core elements of positive function, constitute a basis of the core value of the subject, between diagnosis and treatment activity level and literature level. Values are the soul of medical practice. Thinking methods is the essence of medical practice. Treatments are the foundation of medical practice.
