Abstract


In this article, the exploration of Xu Hefen academic thought on the basis of a systematic summary of academic thought and clinical experience about the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Divided into four parts to be discussed.Part I:The exploration of classical literature gastric disease name, the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis, and nearly modern physicians further understanding of its etiology and pathogenesis, development and innovation. Modern medicine for cancer awareness and progress in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Part Ⅱ:Analysis of Professor Xu Hefen the academic origins.Major review of classical Chinese medical books, Chinese medicine each school origins, etc. On the the source of Professor Xu Hefen academic thinking and nourishing qi and yin, anticancer detoxification therapeutic principle theoretical basis.Part Ⅲ:Summary the clinical experience of Xulao. Xu Hefen thought advanced gastric cancer, the stomach qi and yin deficiency is oriented, the righting focus nourishing qi and yin; gastric disease to the real evil is the standard, eliminating evil focuses anticancer detoxification; treatment with both Chinese and Western medicine, wholehearted participation in the West; psychological counseling throughout the treatment always.treatment of both Chinese and Western medicine; treatment of emotional emphasis on suppression wood and strengthening soil and through psychological counseling and therapy. Xu Hefen features in the treatment of gastric medication.Part Ⅳ:Finishing a typical case. Selection in the process of Xu Hefen, the treatment of advanced gastric cancer classic elaborated the Xu Hefen’s academic thoughts and clinical experience. Through case, summarized and analyzed, and further elaborated Xu Hefen using nourishing qi and yin, anticancer detoxification in treatment of advanced gastric thinking. Promotion of therapeutic methods in the treatment of this clinical application
