Abstract


Objective: Aimed at the evaluation of clinical effectiveness of kuailuning granule inthe treatment of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type premature beat. Methods:The patients who have suffered form the hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency oftachyarrhythmia in our hospital.Divide them into experimental group and control group,and40cases were in the treatment group while39cases were in the control group.Giveexperimental group patients kuailuning Granule. Give control group patients wenxinGranule.Take4week to be a period of treatment.Form the comparision of the effectivebetween kuailuning Granule and wenxin Granule, came to the conclusion that kuailuningGranule has an advantage to treat the hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency oftachyarrhythmia.Results:1.The total effect rate of the experimental group in treatingtachyarrhythmia was85.0%,61.5%in the control group, there was a significant differencebetween the experiment group and the control group (P <0.05).2.The total effect rate ofameliorating symptom of the curative group was90.0%, which was obviously superior ofthat of the control group of56.4%，There are very significant differences between theexperimental group and the control group(P<0.01).3.Before and after the experimentgroup and between the two groups were compared，Sure the efficacy of kuailuningparticles reduce the number of premature, improve heart function and improve myocardialischemia.Conclusion: This study confirms the efficacy of kuailuning granule in thetreatment of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type premature beat, enrich thetheory of TCM treatment of premature beat, also has laid the foundation for the furtherstudy of Chinese medicine treatment of arrhythmia.
