Objective:To evaluate curative effect of Xiaozhi decoction in the treatment of phlegm turbidity type deter of the hyperlipemia.Methods:Using random, positive drug parallel contrast experiment design method. This experiment based on hyperlipemia phlegm turbidity repression of diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria into the group of60cases, with1:1proportion were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in observation group were treated with Xiaozhi decoction (1bag (150ml) per time,2times daily, After oral administration; The patients in control group were treated with Simvastatin tablets,20mg, night time oral. The two groups were observed for6weeks. On two groups of patients before and after taking the blood lipid, serum TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, APOA, APOB, hemorheology index (whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, red blood cells deposited, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, largest), clinical symptoms, Chinese medicine symptom curative effect scores) were determined and analyzed, to improve the situation, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the drug.Results:The curative effect evaluation:(1) blood lipid effect of data:the observation group total effectiveness90%, control group total effective rate was93.33%. Two groups after treatment lipid curative effect more significant difference (P<0.05).(2) the curative effect of TCM syndrome data:the observation group total effectiveness96.67%, control group total effective rate80.00%, two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome curative effect more significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Effects of Xiaozhi decoction were not inferior to simvastatin on blood fat and hemorheology index in the treatment of phlegm turbidity type deter of the hyperlipemia, the total efficiency is slightly lower compared with simvastatin,but it can obviously improve the TCM symptoms.
