Purpose: By observing with the colon anshuan anus with three white Enema medicineretention enema efficacy and safety comparison of two methods for the treatment of ulcerativecolitis (heart Accumulation Type) to determine the clinical efficacy of different dosage forms,so as toclinical the colon anshuan into anus methods promotion and application provide asolid theoretical basis.Method: Take randomized controlled method in this clinical study,the patients weredivided into a treatment group and a control group, a total of60cases observed heatAccumulation Type UC patients, from Jilin Province Traditional Chinese Medicine HospitalAnorectal hospitalized patients from March2012to March2013.30patients in eachtreatment group and the control group were given the treatment of heat and dampness, theline gas Tongfu Chinese medicine decoction orally twice a day, the treatment group receivedthe colon anshuan anus methods, colon anshuan drugs composed of Baiji, Ampelopsis,Angelica, coptis, sooner or later each a28days of treatment. The control group was giventhree white Enema the three white Enema dugs Baiji, Ampelopsis, Angelica, berberne,100ml per night60minutes enema reserved. The treatment of the treatment group and the controlgroup was28days.Through clinical observation of60patients, and statistical analysis tomake an objective evaluation of their efficacy and safely.Result: Into the actual group of60cases, to midterm excluded cases and shedding thenumber of cases are0cases,60cases of the statistical number of cases. The comprehensiveefficacy evaluation: the treatment group, the total effective rate and total effective rate of thecontrol group, comparison of the clinical efficacy observed before and after treatment werestatistically analyzed using X2(P＜0.05), the efficacy of the treatment group wassignificantly higher efficacy.
