Abstract


Network become more and more familiar with a way of information dissemination. Due to the global and virtual cyberspace, network privacy tort, network tort also gradually attention by people. "Human flesh search" is emerging in recent years, the Internet search tools. It along with the rapid development of computer information network technology, make cyberspace privacy also has received the unprecedented challenge, has given rise to a number of sensational network cases. "Human flesh search" has its across time and space to maintain social moral order of power, but inevitably hit to be seekers of privacy and search of freedom of speech conflict. How to properly protect the privacy and do not hinder the normal development of the network, has become the countries to develop the key and difficult point for privacy protection laws and regulations. This article in view of the "human flesh search" to be seekers privacy violations to talk about legal protection of the "human flesh search". The author start with introduction to the theory of human flesh search engine and network right of privacy, on this basis, to understand the characteristics of the "human flesh search" invasion of privacy, and the legal status of privacy protection in our country and the lack of systematic analysis, and targeted puts forward "human flesh search" in the network right of privacy legal protection countermeasures.
