Abstract


Objective: The observed ultrasonic fumigation treatment applied to the low analcarbuncle postoperative clinical efficacy.Methods:Will meet the inclusion criteria of cases of60patients with low analcarbuncle patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and the control group,30patients in each treatment group daily will to Chinese medicine flower cotyledon soupwashed, complex Fang Huangbai liquid ultrasonic fumigation treatment, the control groupof30patients; the control group day the Chinese medicine flower cotyledons soup andafter washing, the using complex Fanghuang Bo liquid topical dressing treatment.Results: Through clinical research comprehensive clinical efficacy of the treatmentgroup, symptom efficacy observed signs and symptoms than the control group, incomparison with a significant difference (P <0.05or P <0.01).Conclusion: Wash wet packing treatment than a simple complex the Fang Huangbailiquid ultrasonic fumigation treatment more effective, and no obvious side effects, is aneffective way for the treatment of low anal carbuncle postoperative.
