Abstract


In order to get the best harvest times and preliminary processing methods of four fresh Chinese medicals (Trifolium pratense L., Lonicera confusa DC., Momordica grosvenori Swingle, Mosla chinese Maxim).The content of target compounds of four fresh chinese medicals in different growth periods and the different preliminary processing methods of four fresh medicals were studied.1. Biochanin A and fermononetin are used as the target compounds of Trifolium pratense L..The leaf was ditermined as the best harvest part in Trifolium pratense L. which contain most target compounds, the contents is up to3%; And alabastrum time was detemined as the best harvest time through compare the contents of two target compounds in different growing periods.The best preliminary processing methods of Trifolium pratense L.was detemined through compare the contents of target compounds under different drying methods.The result showed the best preliminary processing method of Trifolium pratense L.is drying in oven under90℃.2. Chlorogenic acid, macranthoidin B and dipsacoside B are used as the target compounds in this part study, The content of the three target compounds in Lonicera confusa DC. was displayed downward trend in growing period. The content of chlorogenic acid was decreased from5.7%to about1.4%, the total contents of two saponins was decreased from6.7%to2.0%. Considering the total biomass of different growing period, the white flower stage is the best harvest time for Lonicera confusa DC. However, the dying method should be selected based on the specific situation. Content of chlorogenic acid and the two saponins were decreased least using the method of dried after kill out and quick drying under high temperature, respectively.3. In order to get the best harvest time and preliminary processing method of Momordica grosvenori Swingle, Mogroside V is used as the target compounds.And the result showed the best harvest of Momordica grosvenori Swingle is after the fruit growth to80-90days. And compare the variance of the content of Mogroside V under different drying methods, drying in oven under60℃was determined as the best preliminary method.4.The volatile composition of oxyzymol and thymol is used as target compounds to study the variance of two compounds in different growth periods and under different drying methods. As the data shows, when Mosla chinese Maxim is growth to9months, the contents of oxyzymol and thymol are highest to3%. So, the first9months is the best harvest time to Mosla chinese Maxim, when the time of leafy and florescence. While, the best preliminary method is dry in the shade intactly.
