Abstract


With the global economic integration and the continuous development of the socialist market economy improvement, construction companies will face increasing competition, companies are increasingly complex financial risk. The existence of these financial risks, if companies do not analyze the causes and timely and effective measures to avoid and defuse financial risks, it will lead to financial crisis. Based on the above reasons combined with the author’s own work experience in corporate finance construction, the construction of the causes of corporate financial risk from external and internal aspects of a more in-depth analysis, trying to find construction companies to form the root causes of the financial risk, while the project for the study of financial risk prevention and control of focus, the company’s financial status of the company C and D project management problems were analyzed in the hope of the unit and construction companies to effectively identify potential financial risks, learn to play well in advance of risk prevention meaning, in order to guide the construction enterprises to effectively avoid financial risks, so as to promote healthy and stable development of construction enterprises.In this paper, empirical research-based, but also both standard research methods. Research ideas for the overall analysis of the phenomenon, summarized the reasons put forward countermeasures, case studies.This paper consists of six parts, which reads as follows:PartⅠ:Introduction. This chapter introduces the research background articles, research purpose and significance, to clarify ideas and methods of research articles, the paper then describes the framework and basic structure of the paper schedule.PartⅡ:the theory and literature review.PartⅢ:Construction of the causes of corporate financial risk analysis. Describes the general characteristics of corporate financial risk and type of construction enterprises in China and on the causes of the financial risks from external and internal aspects of the analysis.PartⅣ:the construction of the project-centric enterprise financial risk prevention and control research. Articles in this section is the focus of chapters, focuses on the business of construction project risk:the risk of mainly bidding, contract risk, cost, risk, etc., by strengthening the tender offer management, contract management, risk management, with internal control and risk management reasonably determine the amount of debt, capital structure optimization, to maximize the reduction of financial risk.PartⅤ:An Empirical Analysis. This section is a chapter on the focus of the article. Company C of this part of the development in recent years, for example, demonstrated the enhanced project financial risk control, to avoid financial risk, to bring the company a welcome change. At the same time D projects belongs to Company C in the construction process, the risks described in detail, D projects proposed to solve the financial risks taken.PartⅥ:Research findings, recommendations and future prospects. This chapter as a summary of the article, the article summarized the conclusions and put forward relevant suggestions, and pointed out the shortcomings and future research needs further research. Construction of state-owned petrochemical enterprises rely mainly on construction projects and to survive, the project is the source of enterprise efficiency, project management, corporate governance standards for the level of business risk control decisive. Financial risk of major construction projects throughout the construction pre-control and corporate financial risk pre-control showing a high degree of positive correlation. The empirical analysis also proved that the construction companies to enhance the level of project risk management is an important basis for the project’s financial risk management and control. Construction firm’s corporate management to financial management center, financial management, financial risk management to the main line.
