Vitiligo is a common skin pigment of obstacle. The main symptom is the generalizing and limitation of skin pigment loss. The clinic rate is rising in the recent years. The disease affected the physical and mental health of patients. The pathology is the melanoma cell function lesions, cell reduction or disappearance in local lesion of skin. The disease is very difficult to treatment, it is shows the powerful advantages that the Chinese and Western medicine of treatment, and the autologous melanocytes culture and transplantation for treatment vitiligo.This thesis is included the literature review and clinical study in the basic ancient and modern time.One:The literature reviewLiterature review is consisted two parts. The first part is about vitiligo progress of traditional Chinese medical research. The second part is about vitiligo progress of modern medical research.Two:the research of clinic1. Treatment vitiligo of traditional and west medicinPurpose:To investigate and observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of vitiligo and to sum up the experience for treating vitiligo,Methods:The68patients were treated with traditional and west medicin, every patient to selected randomly1to4target lesions to observe. We are selected the total of142target lesions of patient. According to the design of regular observation the target lesion and make a detailed recordResult:To the clinical effect of target lesions, the total effective rate has been up to73.3%by the end of6months.Conclusion:The vitiligo of etiology and pathogenesis has "two points":the root is insufficient liver and kidney, lung non-solid-based guardian. The treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine pay much attention to the theory of wind first rule of blood and blood form the anti-style. At the same time, western medicine through the immunomodulator, added trace elements and vitamins play a role in adjuvant therapy.2. The research of autologous melanocytes culture and transplantation for treatment vitiligoObjective:To research and explore the method and efficacy of the autologous melanocytes culture and transplantation for treatment vitiligo.Methods:The melanocytes Obtaineed from suction blisters wall and then culture and proliferation the melanocytes. The vitiliginous lesion is scratched and then transplanted the melanocytes. Results:The21pieces lesions of18vitiligo patients are taken the treatment of autologous melanocytes culture and transplantation, the total effective rate has attached90.48%.Conclusion:The autologous melanocytes culture and transplantation for treatment vitiligo has showed the advance clinical efficacy. This method of treatment vitiligo is relatively simple operation. It is also get the much bigger treatment area and excellent repigmentation. This method is valuable in clinical application.
