Objective: Understanding through observation of patients withrheumatic diseases serum carcinoembryonic antigen levels ofcarcinoe-mbryonic antigen detection in rheumatic diseases.Methods： Inspection from January2010to March2013the SecondAffiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University, Division ofRheum-atology confirm the diagnosis of rheumatic diseases simultaneouslyca-rcinoembryonic antigen detection and exclude tumor hospitalizedpatie-nts with clinical data. Analysis of the composition of the patientswi-th elevated serum carcinoembryonic antigen rheumatic diseases andc-omplications, disease activity. Analysis of serum carcinoembryonicant-igen levels and erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein,im-muneoglobulin correlation. Statistical Methods: SPSS17.0statisticalso-ftware for statistical analysis, results are expressed as mean standarddeviation, compared with paired samplet test, P<0.05as significantdifference.Results：1.Elevated serum CEA, rheumatic disease incidence anddistribut-eeion of diseases2018tested serum CEA and confirm the diagnosis of rheumaticdiseases in patients with neoplastic diseases, elevated serum CEA inpatients with36people (49people),accounting for1.78%, elevatedpre-treatment serum CEA lev-el5.12-12.82ng/ml,average (6.59±1.77) ng/ml.Cause elevated serum CEA dise-ases, including rheumatoid arthritis in21cases,3cases of systemic lupus eryt-hematosus, dermatomyositis,undifferentiated connective tissue disease, systemi-c lupus overlap syndrome (the RA overlap dermatomyositis, RA overlap)2For example,Wegener’s granulomatosis, adult-onset Still’s disease, recurrentpolychondritis, ankylosing spondylitis, reactive arthritis, gouty arthritis inlcas-e.2.serum CEA levels in patients with clinical features(1).36patients with target organ damage in elevated serum CEA jointsw-elling and pain28,22lung involvement, blood system involvement,renal inv-olvement each muscle damage, skin rashes, liver damage,vascular involveme-nt each.(2).36patients coinfected with elevated serum CEA coinfection(8people) are lung infections. Infection after treatment the serum CEAabnormal return to normal3(7people), serum CEA levels returned tonormal74-714days. Inf-ection before and after treatment serum CEA levelswere5.12-12.82ng/ml,(a-verage6.85±3.03ng/ml);1.52-3.3ng/ml (mean2.41±1.43ng/ml). Infection treatme-nt serum CEA levels were significantlylower than before treat-ment, infection treatment serum CEA comparison,P=0.044, P<0.05, significant difference. In-fection after treatment serumCEA levels did not return to no-rmal people (1p-erson), infection,pre-treatment serum CEA was5.91ng/ml after infection tre-atment serumCEA was6.62ng/ml, elevated serum CEA duration of306days.3.inflammation (inflammatory markers: erythrocyte sedimentation rate,cre-active protein, immunoglobulin)36patients with serum CEA patients with elevated serum CEAincreased active disease, its ESR, CRP abnormal number of cases were31,30, line18immunoglobulins, immunoglobulin abnormalities17. Immunoglobulin A, immunoglobulin M,immunoglobulin E le-vels before and after treatment were2.12-5.54g/L,average (3.38±1.05)g/L,1.88-6.04g/L, average(3.46±1.14)g/L;0.32-2.42g/L, average (1.27±0.58)g/L,0.48-2.69g/L,average (1.25±0.56)g/L;8-768IU/mL, average(165.70±240.83)IU/mL,6-624IU/mL, average (179.72±200.80)IU/mL, nosignificant difference (P>0.05) before and after treatment IgA, IgM, IgEbetween P values were0.656,0.879,0.81.Conclusions： Serum CEA levels found in a variety of rheumaticdiseases. Rheumatic diseases in patients with serum CEA levels more lungand joint in-volvement. Rheumatic diseases in patients with serum CEAlevels associated with inflammation in the body (infection and diseaseactivity).
