Abstract


Nowadays, petroleum is a kind of strategic resources, profoundly affecting the national construction and development. China is the largest developing country in the world, in the perspective of scientific outlook on development, a good development momentum, to effectively deal with the impact of the international financial crisis, achieve a steady and rapid economic development. These cannot be the sources of energy especially the petroleum security.The economic development of China ’s dependence on oil is very big, can say, China can realize oil is the key factor of the sustainable development. However, traditional Chinese petroleum sources exist defects, especially the plurality of sources has problems, has failed to effectively realize the diversity of oil origin, which in turn is Chinese development required, therefore, will look into Central Asia will be a good choice.Central Asia and the Chinese border, in possession of abundant oil resources, and China’s traditional friendship goes back to ancient times, with other suppliers and compared with many advantages, strengthen the Central Asia energy cooperation, will be conducive to China’s smooth implementation of Petroleum Origin Diversification strategy. It is from this point of view, we need to establish stable, effective, appropriate Chinese Central Asia Petroleum strategy.This paper reviews China to Central Asia petroleum strategy implementation process achievements and setbacks, analyzes China’s current in oil safety challenges and other conditions, and deeply analyzes the causes, and on this basis, put forward their views and to China to Central Asia Petroleum Strategy of rationalization proposals, analysis Central Asia Petroleum Strategic Influence to Chinese economy.From the overall structure division, this article mainly has the following five parts:The first part is introduction. Mainly introduces the selected topic and the research significance, analysis the research situation at home and abroad, explains the related concepts and terms, research content, research methods and innovation.The second part introduces the Chinese petroleum safety situation and the implementation of Central Asian oil strategy. It mainly analyzes the current situation of Chinese petroleum security, reviews our country in Central Asia petroleum strategy structure, unscramble current our country in Central Asia Petroleum policy.The third part introduces the Chinese Central Asia petroleum strategic achievements and the existing problems and reasons.This section, select one of the important factors, to show China to Central Asia Petroleum Strategic successes, setbacks and analysis of the causes.The fourth part is the oil for China’s Central Asian strategy put forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures. In this part, has targeted from the enterprise, government, international organization, put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, to solve the above mentioned problems related to Chinese Central Asia Petroleum strategy.The fifth part is the analysis of Central Asia Petroleum Strategic Influence to Chinese economy. This part mainly from the implementation of Central Asian oil strategy in the protection of China’s petroleum security strategy, drive economy especially western area economic development, and accelerating the realization of regional economic integration and so on to introduce.
