Abstract


Administrative accountability system is a necessity of modern democratic politics is the reality of the need to improve China's political environment . Administrative accountability as a comprehensive system of government behavior and its consequences must be able to be held accountable system . For the construction of a modern responsible government , the rule of law, government , service-oriented government has an important significance .
