Abstract


With the sharply increase of aging population, and the average life expectancy of growth, the number of the elderly who need to be taken care of is increasing. At the same time, because of miniaturization and people more family environment for ascension, old-age pension in the town of traditional family in the pension system, community support for the aged and aged in urban endowment plays an increasingly important role.On the other hand, the community endowment development depends on the comparison of the complete service institution in China, and aged as community service center of radiation endowment is still in the shortage of endowment organization, quality is not high, so the development of endowment institutions should not be ignored. How to effectively estimate utilize existing resources reasonably, the requirements and development of institution endowment of function and structure to become an important problem.This paper selects the endowment institutions as the research object, by analyzing the current development of quantity and distribution function and status quo, the contradiction of supply and demand directly, and further analyzed the influence of Beijing endowment institutions number and function of supply for the aged, perfect the construction of the reference basis and Suggestions.This paper is divided into six parts:the first part is the introduction. This study introduces the background and significance of the research, and reviewed the previous literature, expounds the research methods and ideas, The second part of China urban endowment organization made a summary and defined, The third part is introduced and analyzed the development of Beijing endowment institutions, as well as the development of the situation, characteristics, The fourth part of Beijing endowment institutions influence factors of quantity and functions were analyzed, Part 5 gives out the ideas and methods. The final part of this research mainly points out the shortcomings and conclusion.
