Objective:Compear with the effect of diagnosis and treatment of ankle fractures between common X-ray and CT three-dimensional reconstruction, to explore the clinical value of CT3D reconstruction techniques.Methods:Select42patients who has been diagnosed with ankle fracture, analysis their surgical treatment and clinical data. All patients underwent ankle X-ray and CT3D reconstruction, to compare and analyze the results of the two checks; combination of CT findings determine surgical treatment options, choose the best surgical program. Results:CT reconstruction images of all patients are good at showing the involvement of the fracture line strike, and the position of the displace bone fragments. The group of42patients with ankle fracture patients, conventional X-ray shows the42cases, including4cases of medial malleolus fracture,3cases of lateral malleolus fracture,17cases of double ankle fracture,18cases fo three ankle fractures, conventional X-ray suspicious misdiagnosis of14cases, the diagnosis rate is59.5%, CT scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction of42cases, including4cases of medial malleolus fracture,8cases in lateral malleolus fracture,22cases in double ankle fracture,8cases in three ankle fractures. The CT reconstruction diagnosed41cases, and the diagnosis rate is97.6%, both diagnosis rate difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:CT scans and three-dimensional reconstruction of the diagnosis is better than X-ray,not only agility of fregment bones or nondisplaced fractures but also good at evaluate further assessment of soft tissue conditions of the site of injury, it is an important guiding significance of the choice of surgical options, with a veryhigh clinical value.
