Short Effect of Clinical Analysis in the Treatment of Lumber Disc Herniation (LDH) via Micro-invasive Spinal Pipeline System

Abstract


Purpose:To discuss the short effect and the surgery method in the treatment of LDH via micro-invasive spinal pipeline system(MISPS)Method:Random sample of30cases of patients who suffering from LDH form October2011to March2013were subjected to operations with surgical instruments. According to the condition of patients, the total of30patients were randomly divided into2groups and treated with LDH via micro-invasive spinal pipeline system and traditional surgical operation of small incision. The length of incision, blood loss, postoperative effects of both groups were recorded and analyzed. Visual Analogue Score(VAS) and Improved Japanese Department of orthopedics Association low back pain score were used to evaluate the improvement of symptoms modified MacNab criteria were used to evaluate the recent clinical effectiveness after1months and3months follow-up.Result:According to the traditional surgical operation of small incision, after3d VAS score, the length of incision and postoperative ambulation time difference via micro-invasive spinal pipeline system had the significant difference (P<0.05). The pipeline group of waist and back pain and blood loss had no significant difference(P>0.05). The difference of clinical efficacy1month after operation,follow-up M-JOA score and the excellent and good rate in modified MacNab criteria between the two groups was also not significantConclusion:Micro-invasive spinal pipeline system(MISPS) is a safe and effective access for LDH as a result of less damage, blood loss, small incision, faster postoperative recovery and early ambulation.
