Abstract


The CPPCC is a patriotic united front organization of the Chinese people is an important organ of the Chinese Communist Party led multi-party cooperation and consultation with the Government, an important form of socialist democracy in China's political life. The democratic supervision of the CPPCC is one of the three major functions of the CPPCC is an important part of China's socialist system of supervision, has a very important role in the construction of socialist democratic politics in China. Democratic supervision of the CPPCC give full play to the people exercise their supervisory powers to prevent the abuse of power to achieve an important guarantee for the masters. Actively explore the theory and practice of democratic supervision of the CPPCC in the new era, and historical conditions, changes in work style of the Party and government departments to promote the party and government decision-making more scientific and democratic, and promote socialist political civilization, building a harmonious society and so has a very important significance. Therefore, democratic supervision of the CPPCC study Chinese characteristics is of great theoretical and practical significance, has become the the academia research focus in recent years. This article attempts to explore the subject. The article is divided into a total of five parts around the \problems and causes and democratic supervision measures were discussed. The first chapter section explains the origin of this research project, the basic ideas and methods of this study, and the domestic research of the sort and Reviews. The second chapter summarizes the meaning of democratic supervision of the CPPCC, the nature and characteristics. The fourth chapter analyzes the existing problems and reasons of democratic supervision of the CPPCC. The fifth chapter discusses the countermeasures to strengthen the democratic supervision of the CPPCC. Strengthen democratic supervision should start from the following three aspects: First, step up publicity efforts for the the Democratic Supervision rich social atmosphere; improve the working mechanism, and actively promote the standardization of democratic supervision, institutional, procedural process, the working mechanism security mechanism, informed mechanisms, communication mechanisms and feedback mechanism; third is to strengthen the construction of the CPPCC, the main work play the main role of the majority of members, clearly monitor the content, innovative forms of supervision. Finally, a Conclusion. Were analyzed for the content, significance and key points of the democratic supervision of the CPPCC.
