Abstract


In recent years, the Chinese economy develops very fast, the international role of RMB is getting higher and higher, the economic development promoted the RMB revaluation objectively. Under the background of US dollar exchange continues fall, the developed countries such as America and Japan accuse China to underestimate the export expansion through the RMB exchange rate The RMB revaluation’s pressure is getting bigger and bigger. The RMB exchange rate question becomes very hot.Shandong Province is our country spinning and weaving big province, and is also the Chinese Spinning and weaving Clothing Priority production Base. The Shandong textile industry is not only the leading position in the national same profession, but also playing the influential role in the entire province economic development. In recent years, under the pressure of the country strengthens the macroeconomic regulation and control, the international trade friction rise and so on, The Shandong textile industry innovates diligently, dares to practice, overcomes difficulties, has made certain progress. But along with China and Europe, China and US textile agreements expire one after another, as well as the international raw material rise in price, the RMB exchange rate change, the tax reimbursement for export policy adjustment and so on a series of domestic and foreign factor’s influence, the Shandong Province textile is also facing the huge challenge.This thesis is embarked from Shandong Province’s realistic background. It analyzes the present situation of Shandong Province’s textile profession which in the situation that china’s exchange rate is changing. The author selects the data of Shandong Province’s textile export from 2000 to 2010, and contact with the RMB fluctuation change in recent years.This thesis also choose one model to research the relation between ROE and Shandong Province’s textile export amount. The research result indicated that Shandong Province’s textile export amount change and the RMB rate change’s relativity is not high.
