Abstract


For the past few years, along with the development of solar thermal utilization technology and improvement of professional standard, product technology and raw material of each company become more and more similar, the mainly market competition turns to be quality and cost, therefore, research about how to reduce the cost becomes the most important direction of the whole industry.As one of the most effective way of cost reducing, IE is used more and more frequent in the manufacturing of solar hot-water. By means of on-stream analysis、optimization of equipment layout and modulation of production plan, Product delivery of timeliness and reducing the badness and waste of manufacturing, the cost of product can be reduced accordingly.This article combines the actual status of welding procedure of LP Company, linking theory with practice, and utilizes the theory of IE and lean production to analysis the welding procedure and the problems of it, and reset the technics flow by 5W1H and ECRS; further more, by means of optimization of the layout of the welding machines, bettering the fixtures, improving the quality of the welding procedure and avoiding the waste of it. It is helpful to shorten the production cycle and obtains distinct achievement actually.This articles combines IE theory to optimize the welding production line and proves the scheme is scientific and reasonable through practice and improves the production efficiency and product quality. It provides basis of the production of multi-kind solar hot-water and reference of introducing IE theory into the similar industry. The research of the production optimization benefits the popularization of the IE and lean production theory, and provides strong guarantee for stable development of company and increasing the competition, moreover, it can provide reference to solar hot-water industry about the application of IE, and it has preferable use value.
