Abstract


Traditional functional apparel is connected with fabric innovation. As a result, functional windbreaker is made through fabric processing and textile manufacturing to achieve waterproof, windbreak, good permeability and other functions. But my paper is researching on advancing the structure of men’s windbreaker. The concrete way is through disassembling and combining to transform to men’s suit which is totally different from the original form. Then the transformed windbreaker can be worn as suit and this makes men’s windbreaker play a multi-purpose. As for the modifier word "modern" in the topic, its meaning is apparent. This kind of windbreaker is completely different from the ever traditional windbreaker in the style, structure and technique. This paper is written from three aspects to study the new windbreaker. First is to achieve the transformation from designing processing the second place, from clothing structure theory, use of higher mathematics theory, establishes the mathematical model of the men’s prototype, further research how to put the mathematical theory applied to the structure design of windbreaker, this is also a study on this paper. Through the dust coat structural design and suit and other coat comparison of structure design and find their structural similarities between with differences, then for the combination of two provide reliable and transformation of theoretical basis. From clothing structure with body suit demonstrated idle windbreaker and other coat the possibility of mutual transformation between split combinations in every detail, to determine their size do unification, in the details, not uniform size design how to split transformation. Such as dust coat relax quantity and clothes length and suit vary considerably, how the relaxation of the established both the quantity and clothes length, dust coat sleeve with suit different shape also, how to accomplish the unification of the two, etc.; Third is how to realize the transformation in technique. A detail is to transform the windbreaker collar to suit collar and how to find a proper coat length in the transformation.This function can not only a windbreaker clothes wear a garment multi-purpose, while in the research of this aspect also has a large market value, for consumption all save the cost of buying clothing for the society, also the low carbon life make a contribution. This combination of innovation design is split by young people compared to other people, favored the younger generation accept new things, pursue strong ability individuality; Then the figure for the Asian people this shortcoming, short for men to structure optimization design windbreaker, make its can cover up Asian figure this one defect.
