Abstract


Since the reform and opening up , the national economy continued its steady development , industrial structure and consumption structure of residents escalating continuously improve the level of urbanization , per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents continued to grow significantly improve the living standards of the masses . These developments and changes in the masses , the pursuit of higher quality of life , to participate in physical exercise and enjoy sports as their internal demand , play an increasingly important role in sports in the life of the masses . Current and future for a long period of time , the masses the growing demand for sports and social boasts a lack of sports resources contradictions become the principal contradiction in the sports development process . Therefore, the reform of public sports services , has become a top priority to solve the problem of insufficient supply of public sports services . In the current context of the reform of China 's building service-oriented government and sports undertakings , the establishment of governmental and non- governmental organizations interactive and cooperative relations , both organizationally independent of each other , collaborate supplementary functions , mutual supervision , interaction , interdependence , promote each other to improve the quantity and quality of public sports service delivery , strengthen the service-oriented government building and promoting non-governmental organizations the development and promotion of sports utility reform is of great significance . In this paper, literature, comparative analysis , logical analysis on the following : First collation and analysis of domestic and international governmental and non-governmental organizations to provide public sports services ; followed by the government and non-government analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of organizations providing public sports services on the basis of the analysis of the meaning and necessity of government to interact with non-governmental organizations in the supply of public sports service ; government and then analyze the impact of public sports service interaction and cooperation with non-governmental organizations factors Finally, issues the countermeasures and cooperation of the Government and non-governmental organizations in the public sports service interaction and cooperation .
