Abstract


Bio-impedance carries physiological, pathological information of body,organ, tissue, cell and so on. Therefore, it plays an extremely important rolein the fields of medical diagnosis and research. Furthermore, themeasurement of bio-impedance is particularly important. So far, theoverwhelming majority of the existing portable bio-impedance measuringinstrument, because of the narrow frequency range, the small output currentrange, the narrow impedance spectroscopy measuring range, the singlechannel measurement and no temperature measurement function, isextremely inconvenient in the majority researches, especially in the contrastresearch which need obtain the dual channel bio-impedance at the same timeand the research of bio-impedance associated with temperature. So, thispaper proposes the development, a portable two-channel bio-impedancemeasurement system based on STM32, which can make up the shortage ofthe above-mentioned.This system uses STM32F103VE as the main control chip, and realizesthe measurement of bio-impedance by high performance chip AD9833and AD8302. Its scanning frequency of signal can be adjusted from0Hz to10MHz. Besides the characteristics of high adjustment accuracy, fastresponse speed, automatic scan frequency measurements, easy to carry, thesystem also have two outstanding characteristics at the same time, which isdual channel bio-impedance measurements and temperature measurements.This system also set up a calibration work model in order to improve themeasuring accuracy.
