Objective1) designed a test for experimental instrument autofluorescence excitation light source. Collection histopathological lesions after surgery, the use of design of small autofluorescence endoscopy simulation instrument for tissue fluorescence of tissue reaction characteristics analysis, while the control culture references to get more ideal theoretical analysis and practical experimental work parameters.5) Clinical validation:Collecting colon cancer tissue specimens after surgery for experimentation. The machined components to replace the original light source. Combination with the camera, for several different light conditions of the actual colon specimen observation, comparison with natural light.Result:completed a wavelength of405nm, power up to100mv semiconductor laser light source assembly design and a three-way mixing light reflective design. By simulation and measurement instruments for the parameter characteristics were tested.Reflective path with three hybrid lighting system as autofluorescence excitation and lighting for colon cancer surgery tissue autofluorescence observation experiments. The results show that in the365nm and375nm excitation light, the cancerous tissue and normal tissue are significantly different.cancerous tissue is dark red. normal tissue is white to distinguish the effect of increased; LED white light shine bright natural colors under various parameter passing, reaching design requirements.Conclusion:405nm semiconductor laser components, application of the latest improved modulation control chip design and optimization of a typical circuit to achieve power control.405nm semiconductor lasers with improved stability. Extend the original early cancer autofluorescence detector function. Three channel mixing light reflective design through physical observation colon cancer tissue were able to achieve practical requirements.
