Abstract

The paper is divided into six parts. Introductory section describes the thesis research background, issues the significance research purposes and research methods; second part defined by related concepts expounded adaptable curriculum reform and teacher contact, and further analysis of the status of research in this field through the literature review. The third section describes the status of high school education and high school education teacher status in Kashi designed questionnaire, then according to the new high school curriculum reflects the educational philosophy and teachers teaching position. Part VI internal from the external drive mechanisms and strengthen the mechanism the two aspects of the proposed adaptive strategy to further improve teachers on curriculum reform, strengthen the curriculum of public opinion and propaganda, reform teacher training, reform teacher evaluation mechanism, to encourage teachers to participate in school-based curriculum development, the establishment of a teachers' culture of cooperation and to give teachers a fully humane care as well as teachers should enhance learning, actively involved in scientific research.
